honeymooners

we had the most fantastic honeymoon.
DISNEYLAND!!
we had so much fun going to disneyland and the beach for a week!
i can't think of anyone i'd rather go with than my cute husband :)
he's the best driving partner and thats a big plus! we had a looong drive both ways! we jammed to loud music and played disney trivia and stopped at fun places to eat. it was so nice to get away to paradise, just us two, and relax! we could wander around disney as much as we wanted. ride whatever WE wanted! which was everything duh :) but we could do it on our own time and it was lovely! of course that led to quite the shock when we got back from our dreamy honeymoon and get shoved right back into work and a very full apartment (full of so many gifts to be put away! and suitcases to be unpacked! :)) and the busiest time of the year at my job.
the sunburns were worth it. we were so lucky to get to go on this vacation. we had so much fun and these are memories we will treasure forever.

our wedding was amazing!!

being married is the greatest. coming out of the temple with my HUSBAND was just so amazing. it was such a special ceremony and its wonderful to know that i can be with my sweetheart for time and all eternity. i'm so thankful for him and so lucky and soooo blessed to get to be his wife. this was such a good day that we waited so long for! we're just so happy. we're loving what has come and are excited to see what is to come!

the weather was perfect and the temple was gorgeous. our family really worked hard to pull everything together and the whole day went so smoothly. our reception was relaxing and fun and i'm so grateful for everyone that helped!!
i will post again when i have all the pictures back of this magical day, but for now all i have are the few snapshots that people put on facebook while we were honeymooning!

pre-wedding catch up

i was planning to have time to blog before the wedding...what was i thinking??
we were soooo busy! no blogging time :)
getting ready for the wedding was so much fun and such an exciting time! pictures and reception stuff and dress stuff and annoucements and moving and packing and honeymoon packing!!

we love our cute apartment.
we're lucky to be in clinton so we're right by both our parent's houses!

now that its been a few weeks, and we've been living here since we got back from our honeymoon, its alot homey-er. we still have lots of unpacking and putting away to do, but i love it!! its the perfect space for just us two :)

on june 1st i went through the Bountiful Temple to take out my endowments. since it was exactly one week before the wedding, Dallin got to take me through. it was so so amazing. and my whole big family came and it was so incredible to have them there to support me! and of course have a huge family dinner at el matador after :)
