Great news, we found a ZAXBY'S in Utah!! This is one of handsome's favorite restaurants down south. And they just opened one in Ogden!! We have been there probably too many times now, and it's just as good as he wrote home to tell me about!! 

Bad news, it makes you fat haha!! 

Not so good coloring, but this beautiful painting was painted by my great grandma before I was born, and grandpa gave it to me to keep! I found this fun rustic frame and I love having it in my living room, getting to imagine what great grandma Ora Hunt was like!

Sunday afternoon walks 

I came home from quilting and handsome had BOUGHT ME AN IPAD!!! I adore it. And him. What a fun surprise! We are having so much fun with its convenience, and I'm getting a lot out of its real purpose in my life, reading on it!

olsen new year

Happy New Year's from the Olsen's!

we had a wonderful celebration. we saw FROZEN (best thing of all times ever!!!)

then we had dinner at The Roof. it was lovely and delicious and so much fun. I'm so lucky to have such an amazing husband to do such fun things with. it was so good to spend the evening looking at our temple.

2014 will bring lots of new things that we can't wait for! i'm so excited to see new places and try new things. we have lots of adventures planned and i just can't wait!!

we had such a fun december together. except for the bronchitis i had for a week. but even that wasn't that bad because my sweetheart took such good care of me!! on to January!

we love december!! and CHRISTMAS!!!!! i've been waiting for this for a year haha!!
handsome and i got christmas pictures done for our first married christmas, and so we could send christmas cards. i love them! we had the ever talented chelsea pett do them, my photographer from my wedding. she's amazing.

we also put up our christmas decorations the day after thanksgiving!! so so fun. we put our tree up while we watched white christmas and drank egg nog. what a beautiful tradition! i have so much fun decorating in our own little apartment. i have more up, but only pictures of our little tree :)
